The Brief: The Nail & Beauty Garden had taken over the ownership of a previously well-established and accredited beauty salon. Now in a saturated market The Nail and Beauty Garden wanted to retain its existing customer base and look at generating new clients.
What we delivered: Initially new branding for The Nail & Beauty Garden was required but customer retention was key. We therefore conducted a series of market research and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure we understood what existing customers wanted in the new salon. We also developed customer retention and win back strategies through a series of incentivised marketing activities including digital marketing and personalized direct mail. We also developed a series of marketing collateral including price lists, gift vouchers and in salon materials. We introduced a social marketing strategy by developing and managing their Twitter and Facebook accounts
Testimonial: “Having been a Beauty Therapist for a number of years I knew little about marketing and how it could work for my business. I was concerned how existing customers would adjust to our newly named and ran salon so I turned to Bluezoo to help minimize the risk. They helped ensure that the majority of our customer base remained and returned to the salon. As our market is fiercely competitive Bluezoo designed lots of promotional material to send to our customers. They also helped increase sales through Twitter and Facebook, by keeping it up to date with our offers”
