As a successfully established business since 2007, they appreciate that to continue to succeed you need to evaluate and adapt to an ever-changing marketplace by meeting clients needs and be one step ahead of the competition.specialises in sales and business training courses. They wished to evaluate the industry and look for new opportunities to grow the business and therefore approached Bluezoo to help evaluate its business through marketing consultancy.

What we did: We worked with Solutions2success through an in-depth marketing planning and strategy session to really understand their business, objectives, competitors and processes. We then produced and presented a tailor made marketing plan to Solutions2success, which included an in-depth competitor analysis, tactical marketing campaigns and growth strategies which were realistic to the objectives we had set out in our planning session. We also made a series of recommendations relating to their current CRM systems and websites. Following on from this we will be developing and delivering Solutions2success’s marketing campaign, which will be launched in January 2017.
