The brief: Addhire Vehicle Rentals has been established for over 30 years. They have a strong local reputation for providing an impressive fleet of cars, vans and campervans as well as providing a first class customer service experience. Historically the majority of rental sales has been from van hire and they wanted to increase awareness that they also hire cars and campervans nationwide.
What we did: Addhire approached us to manage all aspects of their marketing. We started by researching and writing a workable marketing plan for their business and made recommendations to meet their objectives. We recommended our Small Business Solutions package which included website management, telemarketing campaigns, social media management and CRM management. We then implemented their campaigns and provided monthly reports which included measurements of their marketing activity.
